Rupal’s pickles became cherished gifts among family and friends—each jar brimming with flavor, memory, and authenticity. With encouragement from loved ones, she began bottling traditional tastes from across India, from the fiery Avakkai of Andhra to the rustic Bharwa Lal Mirch of North India. Her guiding belief was simple yet profound: good food is born of pure ingredients, mindful preparation, and heartfelt care.
Today, her husband, Harish Sachdeva, managing director of Helix Group of Companies and a seasoned industrialist, carries forward her legacy—upholding her uncompromising standards of quality and authenticity.
